About This Job We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. Your ability to explain your team's findings and recommendations to executives, as well as discuss technical trade-offs in product development with engineers, will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent reasonable experience At least 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
