You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to drive innovation and excellence in our telecom services. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with vendors and partners, and developing and implementing new technologies and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert technical support and maintenance for video and interactive systems, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality performance * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners * Collaborate with vendors and partners to develop and implement new technologies and solutions * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and troubleshooting guides * Participate in technical meetings and discussions, providing expert input and guidance * Work closely with our internal teams, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to drive innovation and excellence in our telecom services * Develop and implement new technologies and solutions, working closely with our internal teams and external partners * Provide training and support to internal teams on new technologies and solutions * Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality performance and reliability of our systems **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as software engineering, video technology, data systems, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a strong focus on technical support and maintenance * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Work environment, and Service NOW * Strong understanding of different video and sound merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, Genetec, SevOne, Forward Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, Infoblox, etc.) * Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices * Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like Splunk, Power BI, and others * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality performance **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in the AV or IT industry, with a strong focus on video distribution, encoding, sound mixing, and IOT devices * 3+ years of experience in network exchanging and directing * Strong knowledge of intelligent and video frameworks and
