You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet business objectives, maximize supplier value, and mitigate risk through strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and contract drafting. This role requires a high degree of expertise in contract management, supplier relationship management, and category management. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a portfolio of Technology suppliers related to Air Operations groups, including Flight Operations, Network Operations Control, and Inflight Operations * Develop and implement strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and contract drafting to maximize supplier value and mitigate risk * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet business objectives and deliver high-quality products and services * Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and contract terms to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings * Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution * Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior level colleagues in the Technology SCM Category Management space * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and compliant **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Supply Chain Management, Category Management, or a related field * Proven track record of success in managing complex contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and driving cost savings * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines * Proficiency in contract management software, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Certification in Supply Chain Management, such as CSCP or SCMP * Experience working in the airline industry or a related field * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as FAR 121 and FAR 145 * Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines * Proficiency in contract management software, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and drive results * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all work products **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
