Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to 3-5 senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Proactively manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations Handle travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and making adjustments as needed Manage expenses, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with attendees Collaborate with internal and external contacts, including vendors, customers, and partners, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and mail management Essential Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executives High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of Wayfair's products and services, or experience working in the e-commerce industry Certification in administrative assistance, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP) Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in English required Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail, with ability to accurately process information and maintain records Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions Ability to work in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills Adaptability and flexibility, with ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Strong time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wayfair, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
