Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our business. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment, empathy, and effective communication skills to resolve issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible experience for our customers, sharing knowledge, and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to navigate various software applications, including Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms, and data entry systems. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Clear and articulate telephone voice, with minimal background noise or distractions, and excellent communication skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong time management skills and a self-motivated approach to your work. Experience with a multi-line phone system, computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data entry systems. Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity. Must be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable computer or laptop, keyboard, and mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are not allowed).
