With a strong focus on career growth and development, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. **Job Summary** As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering data from images into our data capture system, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or system. You will also be responsible for cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry. In addition, you will be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening requests and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter data from images into the data capture system * Input data in prescribed format, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or system * Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness; scan and edit for errors during entry * Receive requests for technical assistance from customers * Open requests and submit them into the ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians * Review each open ticket to see the outcome from the Help Desk (did they fix the problem or does it require a coordinated call to customer, etc.) * Email responses to customers to ensure they are provided with exceptional customer service and receive updates * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical issues **Qualifications** * No prior experience is required, however, the ideal applicant will have previous I.T.
