Facebook & Google Ads Specialist | Course Funnel Builder + GBP Manager
Job Description: run a self-storage education business and multiple self-storage facilities. I’m looking for a long-term digital marketing expert who can manage both course sales (online) and facility advertising (local lead generation). This role requires someone who can manage full-funnel marketing, run paid ads, set up automations, and track performance metrics. If you have experience in the self-storage or real estate niche, that’s a huge bonus. What You Will Work On 1. Self-Storage Course Sales (Online) Build sales funnels to sell my self-storage course Run Meta/Facebook Ads focused on course purchases Setup and optimize: Landing pages VSL/Webinar pages (if required) Upsells/Down sells Email + SMS follow-up automations Manage Many Chat, Keap, and JotForm integrations Improve conversion rate and reduce cost per acquisition Create and maintain an ROI Tracking Sheet (Google Sheets) 2. Self-Storage Facility Marketing (Local Lead Gen) Run Google Ads for multiple storage facility locations Optimize for: Calls Form fills Move-in bookings Manage and update Google Business Profiles (GBP) Create local landing pages if needed Improve Quality Score, CTR, and cost efficiency Track ROI and conversions across campaigns Tools You Must Know You must have hands-on experience with: Facebook/Meta Ads Manager Google Ads (search, local campaigns, remarketing) Google Business Profile ManyChat Keap/Infusionsoft JotForm Google Sheets (ROI tracking) Requirements Proven experience building high-converting sales funnels Experience running Facebook/Meta ads for digital products Experience running Google Ads for local service businesses Strong knowledge of automation tools (ManyChat, Keap) Can build, track, and maintain ROI spreadsheets Good English communication Ability to work independently and provide weekly reports Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred) Experience in self-storage, real estate, or education programs Experience with UGC-style creative direction Knowledge of CAPI for Facebook tracking Experience with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, GHL, WordPress, etc.) What I’m Looking For Long-term working relationship Someone who understands performance marketing Someone who can think strategically, not just run ads Someone who takes ownership of results (not just tasks) To Apply please include: A short intro Examples of funnels or campaigns you’ve built Your experience with ManyChat, Keap & JotForm Your experience with Meta + Google Ads The words “Storage Pro” so I know you read the full description Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
