Financial Analyst, Supply Chain

The Finance team at Lime is responsible for enterprise level planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and capital allocation and we are looking to add an Analyst, Product Finance to our Team! Our Finance team members have excellent analytical, critical reasoning, interpersonal, communication, influencing and leadership skills and are passionate about both problem solving as well as building high quality repeatable processes that scale with our rapid growth. You will be a key contributor to the business’ financial decision-making process and will collaborate across various departments and teams to ensure accurate and insightful financial data. This role will blend strategic and quantitative analyses with financial acumen to influence decision-making. Ultimately, you will be part of a team that focuses on driving Company growth while maximizing the bottom line. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tech/product finance and collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the Central or Eastern time zones within the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams. What you’ll do: • Build financial models and develop strategic analysis to help our business leaders make sound financial decision • Work cross functionally to refine and improve key aspects of our long-term financial forecasting with the goal of creating strategic clarity • Evaluate, align and define relevant business metrics to our tech organization • Monitor and report on the performance of our product features • Collaborate with our leaders to better understand our customers on a global scale • Support comprehensive due diligence processes • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace; empowering experimentation and creativeness for the team to meet their goals About you: • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, transaction services, product strategy or a related field • Strong business judgment, problem solving, and critical thinking skills; experience helping companies identify improvements in their core business, and implementing those improvements • Excellent financial modeling proficiency and expert in Excel and Powerpoint (you should be prepared for a brief live case study) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive collaborative discussions with various departments • Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly responsive • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics or related field What We Offer • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
