If you bring a book of business, the founding partner— a jury trial specialist with over 75 verdicts—will personally mentor you on how to expand it. • This is part of a major expansion with 10 open positions, offering flexibility for the right candidates. ️ The Role: • Lead high-stakes commercial litigation and complex tort cases from inception to resolution • Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in "bet the company" disputes • Represent prominent clients including Major League teams, corporations, and public entities • Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice • Advise on business disputes, intellectual property, class actions, and other complex matters ⚖️ About you: 8+ years with a strong background in commercial litigation or complex tort litigation. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 3-10 years of experience will be considered as we're hiring for 10 positions currently, with flexibility in experience level for the right candidate.
