You design your class as an entrepreneur and try to give your students the best experience possible. • Create a supportive and interactive online classroom environment. • Design a PassionClass that actively involves those enrolled- no lectures allowed! • Offer constructive feedback and support to students. Your goal is that they walk away from your PassionClass really having learned something.Qualifications:• Experience leading workouts, group sessions, or sharing fitness routines with others. • Strong understanding of exercise basics including strength, cardio, flexibility, and safe form. • Ability to design fun, effective, and adaptable workouts for all fitness levels. • Skilled at delivering engaging live online workout sessions, ensuring participants can follow safely and stay motivated. • Energetic and motivating teaching style that keeps participants engaged and consistent. • Passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness journey.• Clear communication and demonstration skills to ensure safe and effective practice.
