You'll shape the financial insights that guide revenue forecasting, M&A evaluations, and the performance metrics we rely on to track growth.By partnering across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Accounting, you’ll ensure our data is accurate, scalable, and actionable; strengthening the reporting and analysis that drive our strategy forward. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis• Partner with the VP of FP&A, CFO, and Accounting to support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. • Build and maintain detailed financial models, long-range plans, and bottom-up forecasts. • Maintain a 26-week rolling cash flow forecast, partnering with business units to ensure visibility into liquidity and working capital.KPI Development, Reporting & Insights• Develop KPI dashboards, conduct variance analysis, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. • Integrate SaaS and GTM metrics into the forecast, including ARR, NRR, churn, renewal, pipeline coverage, and expansion analytics. • Analyze customer, supplier, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and benchmark performance against industry trends. Revenue Operations & Forecasting• Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Salesforce Administrator to maintain CRM data accuracy and improve forecasting workflows.• Build unified dashboards combining financial and CRM data to support consistent reporting of bookings, pipeline, and forecast-to-actuals. • Perform win/loss, pricing, and margin analyses to support the deal desk and evaluate revenue impacts of commercial policies. • Support sales capacity planning, territory modeling, and performance benchmarking to improve revenue predictability. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to integrate SaaS funnel metrics into financial forecasting.• Assist with the management of the sales commission program. • Build credibility and strong relationships across senior leadership, PE stakeholders, and operational teams. M&A Support• Support financial modeling, due diligence, and post-integration planning for M&A initiatives. Process & Systems Improvement• Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting tools. • Leverage automation and new technologies to enhance accuracy, scalability, and data integrity. Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.• 4–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or FP&A. • Strong financial modeling skills and experience supporting M&A (due diligence + integration). • Exposure to revenue operations, sales analytics, or SaaS forecasting (ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline metrics). • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct), or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights. • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription metrics. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels. • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
