Remote Full-time
We’re building MarketOS, a SaaS platform for bolthires and bolthires sellers that replaces spreadsheets and chaos with one clean, powerful system for managing catalogs, inventory, POs, warehouse flow, and analytics. I’m looking for a Fractional CMO who actually understands SaaS growth, product market fit, and how to turn a good product into a brand that scales. Not a “marketing consultant,” not a “social media person,” but someone who’s led go-to-market strategy for early-stage SaaS and knows how to build traction from zero. What You’ll Be Doing• Build and own our go-to-market strategy (positioning, offer, channels, messaging)• Develop our customer acquisition system including inbound, paid, referral, content, or whatever works• Oversee funnel optimization from awareness to conversion to retention• Help define our ICP and messaging frameworks based on feedback from real sellers• Work with me directly on brand direction, launch strategy, and growth systems• Track, measure, and report KPIs that actually matter (CAC, LTV, MRR growth, etc.)Who We’re Looking For• You’ve helped SaaS startups (ideally B2B) go from idea to traction to scale• You understand marketing ops, paid acquisition, and lifecycle strategy, not just branding• You know how to test, iterate, and pivot quickly without needing big budgets• You can manage creatives, ads, and funnels, or bring the right people to do it• You can show real case studies or examples of brands you’ve grown• Bonus if you have experience in e-commerce, bolthires FBA, or marketplace toolsTo Apply (ReadThis Carefully)If you don’t follow this, you won’t be considered.1. Start your application with the word “ORANGE.”2. Answer these questions clearly using real experience only:• What’s the most successful SaaS go-to-market you’ve built or been part of? What made it work? • What KPIs do you focus on first when building traction for an early-stage SaaS? • How do you typically validate messaging and positioning before scaling ad spend? • Have you ever worked with a SaaS in the bolthires or e-commerce space? If yes, explain. • What’s your preferred engagement model for fractional work (hours per week, structure, retainer, etc.)?If you’ve built and scaled SaaS before and can prove it, we’ll move fast. If you haven’t, this isn’t the role for you. Apply tot his job
