Role DescriptionThis role involves managing new client intakes during after-hours. • Answer evening calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients and support coordinators• Conduct Housing Supports and DDD intakes via phone or Zoom• Enter data into Therap, HMIS, or intake tracking systems• Verify Medicaid (NJ FamilyCare) coverage and MCO (bolthires, Horizon, Wellpoint, UHC, Fidelis)• Prepare intake documentation for Prior Authorization and Billing teams• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA complianceQualifications• Experience in healthcare, social services, or community-based programs preferred• Knowledge of NJ Medicaid, DDD, or housing-related supports is a plus• Strong communication and documentation skills• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently• Tech-friendly (Therap, Acuity, bolthires Workspace)• Prior experience in Medicaid, DDD, or human services intake strongly preferred• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication• Comfortable with data entry and client tracking systems (Therap, HMIS, Excel)• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines• High school diploma or associate’s degree minimumCompany Description Apply tot his job
