Role Description We’re looking for Virtual Recruiters who will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with meaningful work. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, are tech savvy, and enjoy high-volume interviewing, we’d love to hear from you! • Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and make hiring decisions • Act as primary point of contact, respond to questions, provide timely information and coordination throughout the recruiting process • Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Work closely with your virtual team using a variety of digital communication tools and systems, provide updates and process improvement ideas Qualifications • Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • 1 year experience in HR or other customer-focused work • Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving • Driven to succeed independently, with a moderate level of supervision, while presenting yourself and the company in a positive, professional manner Requirements • Pay Rate: $22/hr • Location: Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace • Job Duration: February 2026 – April 2026 • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20–40 hours per week set schedule • Assessment Required: Yes, you will complete the Test Scorer writing assessment to evaluate your English proficiency and understand the candidate process Company Description Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, we're hiring people to do meaningful work that impacts student success!
