In this strategic role, you will drive the development and scaling of a global Solutions Engineering team. Your leadership will guide technical customer journeys, ensuring exceptional service from initial demos to post-sales success. With a focus on operational excellence, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into actionable solutions. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering. • Proven track record in building and leading high-growth Solution Engineering teams. • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or IT. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and technical solutions. • Experience with Linux, APIs, and programming languages, preferably Python. • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to varied audiences. • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
