Our client, has developed best in class artificial intelligence that maximizes hospital’s payor reimbursements through their proven software allowing them to recoup 80% of denied claims that would normally be lost revenue.PositionBusiness Operations Revenue ManagerResponsibilitiesBecome the subject matter expert for edits configuration within claims operationsDevelop processes for to summarize the complexity of data and operations into clear reportsRun and bring technical and operational improvements to client claims processes to ensure compliance, improve scalability, and manage risksCollaborate with our teams and external partners to achieve expansion and platform targets and important operational metricsSurface data, process, and technology issues through proactive identification, measurement, and monitoring of client operationsSupport your team and leadership by guiding decisions and implementation on an ongoing basisRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree2+ years experience with medical billing, payment integrity, and medical codingExperience with Full Stack or SQL (ability to at least write basic SQL queries)5+ years experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting5+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets using excel (can write advanced macros) or a similar database language to solve business problemsExperience developing project plans coordinating with all partnersExperience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical proceduresAdditional Qualifications - PlusAdvanced Degree in IT, MBA, of Healthcare Administration, or related fieldCertifiedProfessional Coder (CPC) certificationExpected salary:Location: New Albany, OHJob date: Sat, 26 Aug 2023 01:21:36 GMTApply for the job now!Apply tot his job
