In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. Your focus will be on enhancing performance, improving employee engagement, and driving scalable growth within the company. This position involves a mix of strategic partnership and hands-on execution as you support workforce planning, change management, and organizational design. By collaborating closely with leaders, you will help foster a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion. This is a crucial role that directly influences employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities • Partner closely with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and talent needs. • Influence people initiatives that drive productivity, retention, and engagement. • Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, engagement, turnover, and performance. • Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness. • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and accountability. • Advise on talent gaps and workforce planning strategies. • Serve as the first point of escalation for employee relations matters. • Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion. • Support leaders through organizational change and process improvements. Requirements • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or generalist responsibilities. • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing without authority. • Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, SaaS, healthcare, or technology environments. • Experience supporting multi-location or global teams. • Experience with engagement surveys, performance programs, and organizational design.
