Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance and support to leaders on all HR-related matters. Collaborate with leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop plans for succession planning and career development. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase employee engagement and retention.Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related legal matters. Partner with the recruitment team to attract top talent and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide training and development opportunities for employees to support their professional growth and enhance their skills. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that reflects the values and mission of the company.Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate HR strategies and practices.
