Independent HR Consultant (Contract / Project-Based)
Americo Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Independent HR Consultant to provide professional HR support on a contract basis. The consultant will work independently to assist with employee relations, workplace assessments, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities:• Conduct workplace reviews and assessments• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution• Prepare professional reports and documentation• Provide guidance on HR best practices and complianceQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred• Experience in HR, employee relations, or workplace investigations• Knowledge of California employment law preferred• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills• Ability to operate independently and maintain confidentialityCompensation:• Competitive, contract/project-based payPlease submit your resume, certifications, and references via Indeed.Pay: $150.00 per hourExpected hours: 6 per weekPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
