Independent Sales Representative
Allegiance Clothing is a growing patriotic lifestyle apparel brand looking to partner with experienced independent sales representatives in Texas. We’ve built Allegiance with a strong retail-first mindset. We operate our own brick-and-mortar stores, sell direct-to-consumer, work with wholesale partners nationwide, and participate in large-scale national events. We’ve also seen strong growth in online sales across TX, TN, and FL, which tells us there’s real demand and opportunity in these markets. This role is a great fit for a rep who already has established relationships and wants to add a proven, retail-ready brand to their line sheet. Responsibilities: • Represent Allegiance Clothing to specialty retail accounts in your territory • Open new wholesale accounts and grow existing relationships • Identify opportunities, customer needs, and market trends • Communicate feedback and insights to our internal team • Support long-term brand growth within your territory Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions • Knowledge of the clothing/apparel industry, or action sports / outdoor culture, is a plus • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred What We Offer: • Proven product with consistent sell-through • Clear brand identity and loyal customer base • Competitive wholesale margins • Independent, commission-based rep structure • Hands-on support from an experienced internal team If you’re interested in learning more, or know someone who would be a great fit, we’d love to connect.
