This is a 100% remote, full-time consulting role supporting the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering critical Tier 1-4 Citrix infrastructure support.RequiredQualifications:• 5+ years of technical experience in Citrix administration, including XenServer in a production environment• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Infrastructure technologies such as:• Active Directory (AD)• DNS• DHCP• ADFS• WSUS• 5+ years of hands-on experience with design and architecture of IT systems• 5+ years of providing Tier 1 - Tier 4 support• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies• Familiarity with Citrix command-line tools and the ability to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)PreferredQualifications:• Experience monitoring VDI platforms with tools such as:• Netscaler• ControlUP• Citrix Administration CertificationAdditional Requirements:• Must be able to:• Troubleshoot complex systems in critical environments• Identify root causes and implement action plans• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams• Work independently with minimal supervision• Support EST working hours regardless of time zoneRecruiter Submission Template:Full Name:Degree Major with University and Completion Year (Bachelor's in CS or related field required):Are you a PMP-certified professional?Total experience in Citrix Administration (incl.
