Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) play a critical role as the first point of contact between Buildingstars and future customers. Position Overview As an ISR, you'll be responsible for reaching out to business prospects by phone, sparking interest in our services, and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team. This is a high-activity, entry-level sales role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently in a structured environment. We provide all the tools, training, and scripts—you bring the energy and work ethic. Key Responsibilities • Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services • Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives • Use CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status • Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups) Must Haves (what you must have to qualify for and succeed in this position) • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence • Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • High school diploma or GED required • Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls Nice to haves (what will make your learning curve in this position shorter) • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools What We Offer • Monthly performance-based wage increases (EACH month) • Frequent additional incentives and contests • Benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO • Monday–Friday schedule – no evenings, weekends, or holidays • Paid training and weekly coaching • Opportunities for growth and performance-based promotions • Award-winning culture – Top Workplace (2018–2025) Apply tot his job
