Instructional Designer / Presentation Designer to Convert Written PD into Professional Slide Decks

Remote Full-time
I run a Teachers Pay Teachers store specializing in professional development for ELA teachers. I am creating a “Beyond English:Professional PD” series. My content is written in detailed, handbook-style prose. My information is good, but too long for standard slide decks. I also have more important work to focus on, so I'd like to hand this over to someone who can do it more efficiently. Attached are 7 Slides in one of my two already drafted. I have TWO PDs to begin with, each with about 25 content Slides (and ten more title / author bio Slides for totals of 31-45).The content is organized, just written as narrative/expository. I am looking for a presentation designer or instructional designer to:Part I:1. Take my fully written content and turn it into clean, visually appealing Slides2. Condense text into key points without altering meaning3. Create graphics, layouts, and icons that improve clarity4. Maintain consistent branding across multiple PD modules5. Provide deliverables in Google Slides or PowerPoint, Google DocsPart II6.: Format each into a polished Facilitator Guide7.Create a participant handout to go with each. Ideal candidate:Experience in presentation design, instructional design, or teacher-facing materialsAbility to create simple diagrams / flowchartsStrong sense of visual hierarchyComfortable collaborating over multiple modulesFamiliarity with TpT formatting is a plusDeliverables:A slide deck (20–40 slides depending on module)A polished template for future modulesA visually consistent design language for the seriesPlease include examples of similar work (before/after if possible).Apply tot his job
