Interior Design, Stylist

I own a boutique fitness studio and am looking for a creative designer or stylist to help refine and elevate the look and feel of our space. The studio has multiple rooms and I want each one to feel intentional, cohesive, and aligned with our overall brand aesthetic. Right now, the space functions well, but visually it feels unfinished. I’m looking for someone who can help bring everything together in a way that feels elevated, welcoming, and on-brand. This project is less about major construction and more about design direction, décor, layout, finishes, and visual flow. What I’m Looking For Help With: Refining the overall studio aesthetic and visual identity Room-by-room design guidance for multiple studio spaces Color palette and décor recommendations Suggestions for wall art, mirrors, lighting, and finishes Layout and styling ideas to make the space feel cohesive and intentional Budget-conscious recommendations that still feel elevated The Ideal Candidate: Has experience with boutique studios, wellness spaces, retail, or hospitality design Has a strong eye for aesthetics and understands branding through space Can work with an existing brand and elevate it rather than redesign it from scratch Comfortable working remotely using photos, videos, and floor plans Can provide clear visual direction, mockups, mood boards, or shoppable links Deliverables May Include: Mood boards or design concepts for each room Décor and furniture recommendations Color and styling guidance A clear plan I can execute locally Timeline & Budget: This can be a phased project. I’m open to discussing scope, timeline, and budget to ensure we’re aligned.
