The design should reflect a warm modern aesthetic inspired by Restoration Hardware. • * Requirements1. Interior Design & Material Selection- Choose finishes, colors, and textures- Advise on cabinetry, wall colors, and flooring- Assist with lighting and furniture layout2. 3D Renderings- Provide photorealistic renderings from multiple angles:- Entry view, dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and pantry- Quality should match Restoration Hardware or modern CGI homes3.Optional Video Walkthrough- 15-30 second smooth walkthrough of the space, ideally VR-ready• * What I Will Provide- Floor plans, architectural drawings, inspiration images, and notes on functionality. • * Ideal Candidate- Strong portfolio of realistic 3D renders (include samples)- Experience with open-concept designs- Proficient in software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Blender- Efficient and able to communicate effectively• * Budget- Please provide your flat or hourly rate, estimated hours, costs for still renders, and optional video walkthrough, along with a timeline.• * To Apply- Share 3-5 relevant render samples, confirm experience with open-concept spaces, list software used, and provide estimated costs and timeline. • * Bonus Points- Experience with Restoration Hardware styles- Ability to recommend furnishings and revise based on feedback- Fast turnaround time Apply tot his job
