International Sales Operations Analyst - Temp to Perm
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical International Sales Operations Analyst to support new product launches and strategic planning initiatives that drive international growth. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate execution across orders, assortments, pricing, and forecasting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external retail partners. Key Responsibilities • Support new product launches by managing operational readiness, timelines, and data accuracy across systems and stakeholders. • Complete and manage purchase order (PO) forms, retail assortments, and launch documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Track and monitor newness orders versus forecast, identify variances, and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams. • Maintain and manage pricing information by retailer, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal approvals. • Communicate directly with retail partners regarding assortments, pricing, orders, and timelines as needed. • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing deadlines and proactively resolving issues that could impact launches or deliveries. • Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, reports, and analyses to support planning, execution, and leadership visibility. • Troubleshoot and audit Excel formulas and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting. • Support strategic planning initiatives focused on international growth and improved sales execution. • Collaborate closely with Customer Operations, Demand Planning, Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution across functions. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Benchmarking and understanding of pricing positioning and competitive elements for reach retailer and region. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, planning, or a related role. • Advanced Excel proficiency required, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and the ability to troubleshoot and validate data. • Experience supporting product launches, retail accounts, and/or international markets preferred. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with external retailers. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Experience with ERP, CRM, or planning tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan) is a plus. • This position is a full-time temporary assignment with the potential to be a permanent role. • Key Competencies • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Ownership and accountability • Deadline-driven execution • Cross-functional collaboration • Clear, proactive communication • This position is based on US only. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $25.00-$33.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
