Job Summary We're looking for two experienced customer support representatives to join our remote online support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings Managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines Collaborating with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex through your work and ideas Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent organizational skills and task management ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a kind and helpful manner Native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a remote or online environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
