About the Role We're seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities. Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues. Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our clients' customers. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements. Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
