▶︎ Job Details: • Job Title: Agency Recruitment Consultant • Working Location: Mostly remote, occasionally visiting clients • Employment Type: Full-time • Salary: DOE ($40-$70K/yr) • Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 • Language: English and Japanese • Visa Support: No ▶︎ Position Overview: As an Agency Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates for client positions. This includes understanding client needs, building relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. ▶︎ What will you do: • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives. • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sources. • Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Candidate Placement: Match candidates with job opportunities and manage the placement process from offer negotiation to start date. • Recruitment Process Management: Ensure a seamless recruitment process by handling administrative duties such as scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and providing regular updates to clients. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain accurate records of all candidate and client interactions. • Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary expectations, and other market factors to advise clients and candidates effectively. • Business Development & Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client base. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a sales-related role preferred. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, clients, and team members. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. • Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to meet targets and thrive in a competitive environment. • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively during the recruitment process. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Prior experience in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
