Airbnb Host Assistant – Booking Management

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Host Assistant to help manage my listings and provide excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have previous experience with Airbnb hosting or similar platforms. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests • Manage and update Airbnb calendar and listings • Coordinate check-in/check-out details with guests • Handle basic guest support during their stay (via messaging only) • Send follow-up messages for reviews and feedback • Monitor and report any issues with reservations or property details Requirements: • Previous experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to respond to messages quickly (within 1-2 hours during working hours) • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Access to a reliable internet connection • Knowledge of hospitality best practices is a plus Preferred but not required: • Familiarity with short-term rental property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway) • Ability to communicate in multiple languages Work Hours & Payment: • Part-time, flexible hours (may include weekends) • Long-term cooperation for the right candidate How to Apply: Please include: 1.
