We are seeking an experienced short-term rental ranking expert to improve the visibility and performance of our listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of boosting rankings, driving bookings, and optimizing listings using both strategic and data-driven approaches. This is a performance-based role only apply if you can show measurable results. Responsibilities: Audit and optimize our existing listings for maximum ranking potential. Implement proven strategies to boost search visibility and booking conversion rates. Optimize titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and amenities to align with platform algorithms. Utilize tools such as Rankbreeze, Hospitable, Pricelabs (or similar) for monitoring and optimization. Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes and competitive strategies on each platform. Provide regular reports and measurable performance improvements. Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in ranking listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Hands-on experience with Rankbreeze, Hospitable, Pricelabs, and other short-term rental tools. Strong understanding of platform algorithms and how to leverage them. Proven success stories or case studies showing your past results. Ability to work independently and deliver performance-based outcomes.
