We are seeking an experienced and strategic Amazon eCommerce Manager to lead our brand’s performance on Amazon and Walmart. This individual will oversee a team member who manages the daily operations. The position requires focusing on high-level strategy, growth planning, ad campaign management and cross-functional alignment for our Amazon and Walmart channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Amazon Seller Central ecosystem, who can think both analytically and creatively to scale a unique, consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brand in a highly competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight • Develop and execute the overall Amazon growth strategy, including assortment, pricing, content, and marketing. • Set performance goals, KPIs, and growth forecasts for the Amazon channel. • Oversee the day-to-day execution carried out by a direct report, providing guidance, support, and quality control. • Manage Amazon CA, Amazon EU, Amazon UK, Walmart, and Target/com Team Management • Manage and mentor an Amazon eCommerce Specialist ensuring strong execution across listing optimization, advertising, and operational support. • Review and approve major updates to product content, A+ pages, storefront design, and advertising campaigns. • Provide regular feedback and foster professional development. Marketing & Advertising Strategy • See Separate Amazon Advertising SOP for more details • Lead the strategic direction of Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, etc.), working with internal/external partners to optimize spend and ROI. • Drive promotional calendar planning for events like Prime Day, seasonal launches, and product introductions. • Analyze marketing performance to inform future campaign direction and product positioning. Channel Analytics & Reporting • Refresh/Report Amazon Weekly tracker to management team • Involved in the weekly Amazon FBA fulfillment and inventory tracking to avoid out of stock • Own Amazon sales forecasting, P&L responsibility, and performance reporting. • Monitor channel health metrics including Buy Box ownership, inventory levels, ad performance, and consumer reviews. • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, bundling, or pricing optimization using tools like Brand Analytics and third-party platforms. Cross-functional Leadership • Serve as the key Amazon liaison across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. • Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory planning, FBA restocking, and demand forecasting. • Partner with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all Amazon touchpoints. Qualifications" Required: • 4+ years of experience in Amazon eCommerce, with at least 1 year managing or mentoring team members or agency partners. • Proven success managing a CPG brand on Amazon with strong sales growth and channel optimization. • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central platform. • Experience leading Amazon advertising strategy with measurable ROI. • Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (Excel, analytics platforms, etc.). • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • College degree preferred Optimal: • Experience scaling a 7–8 figure Amazon business. • Expertise on Amazon ad campaigns, Subscribe & Save, and new product launch strategy. • Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Teikametrics, or other marketplace performance platforms Apply tot his job
