Job Description In this work-from-home role, you will be responsible for researching and resolving critical transportation issues escalated by Amazon executives and senior leadership. You will collaborate across multiple departments to resolve delivery failures, lost shipments, or urgent customer concerns while communicating clearly and empathetically with stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills and understanding of the transportation network will help maintain customer trust and Amazon’s reputation for delivery excellence.
