Area Manager - Amazon Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our Amazon Operations team in Florida, USA. As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Amazon associates in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment. You will be responsible for mentoring, managing, and fostering a team of 50-200 associates, conveying plans to your team, and acting as the primary information source for the team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $22-$30 per hour, comprehensive training, and advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
