About the position Responsibilities • Identify multi-year growth opportunities and establish vision & strategy for market-leading growth. • Build a high-impact organization by attracting talent from within and outside Verizon. • Create a culture for product-led growth that delivers top-line revenue with a platform-centric approach. • Operate as a General Manager of FWA & IoT, developing a channel strategy and securing growth-friendly commercials. • Orchestrate marketing and operational support to amplify the IoT narrative at industry events. • Collaborate with Technology Solutions, Engineering, GTS, Marketing, customer support, and Sales to drive product development and enablement activities. • Hold leaders accountable and monitor key performance metrics related to the product portfolio. • Streamline operational processes within the product development lifecycle. Requirements • Minimum of 12 years of related experience, with 6-8+ years in Product Management leadership of Wireless products and platforms. • Proven track record of leading teams in the operational delivery of successful products. • Deep technical understanding of IoT-related network products and SaaS products. • Ability to translate market and customer insights into operational plans. • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowering a high-performing product management team. • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • First-hand experience with Lean and Agile development processes.
