What you'll do • Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients • Lead caregiver coaching and support • Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans • Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation • Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team What we're looking for: • Active BCBA living in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state • Strong digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.) • Afternoon/evening availability preferred (4–9pm ET) • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices Why BCBAs choose AnswersNow: • Annual Salary $90K (avg. 33 billable hours weekly) • Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity.
