BI Production Support Lead Power BI and Tableau (Hybrid)

About the position Responsibilities • Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, and Cloud Studio Business Objects. • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Lead the design and implementation of data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. • Provide technical mentorship and support to team members regarding reporting tools and standard methodologies. • Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions to ensure efficient data processing. • Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all reporting activities. • Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve any issues related to data quality or reporting. • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and solutions. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in reporting technologies and tools. • Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the reporting team. Requirements • 12 to 16 years of experience in production support lead roles. • Expertise in Power BI and Tableau. • Willingness to learn other skills like Crystal Reports and Cloud Studio Business Objects. • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
