Business Central, Microsoft 365 & Power BI Analyst - Remote Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000/Annually ABOUT THE POSITION Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for a Business Central & Power BI Analyst to support and enhance our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power BI. This role will bridge the gap between operations, finance, and external partners, helping us get the most out of our ERP data through reporting, automation, and process improvements. We’re seeking someone who’s comfortable digging into data, understands business processes, and can build meaningful reports that support smart decision-making across the company. This position is remote and will report to the Vice President of Operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE ERP Support & Development • Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Central user support, troubleshooting, and configuration Insurance, employee costs, almost 100% paid by employer contribution. • Work with departments to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements within Business Central. • Create and maintain documentation of system workflows, customizations, and best practices. • Coordinate with external Business Central partners as needed. Reporting & Data Visualization • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI that are accurate, intuitive, and actionable. • Translate business needs into functional Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and other BI tools. • Work with department leaders to define KPIs and ensure the right data is being surfaced to the right people. Data Integration & Management • Ensure data from Business Central and other systems (e.g. CRM, e-commerce, WMS) is integrated properly for reporting and analytics. • Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems. • Assist with data migration or cleanup projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
