Business Project Lead Analyst

Determine and define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage project plans. Create and maintain project documentation. Actively driving and executing projects with the teams. Manage programs and projects ensuring projects deliver business operational needs and capabilities for us and our customers. Manage critical path and expectations across business matrix teams. Define project timelines and objectives, and keep stakeholders apprised of progress and roadblocks. Lead, manage and problem solve. Ability to lead work stream meetings end to end as well as ability to analyze challenging and complex situations and drive those scenarios to group consensus and appropriate conclusions.
