CFO / Senior Finance Consultant for Cash Flow Analysis

We are developing a Cash Flow Dashboard and Alert System for small and mid-sized businesses and are looking for a CFO or experienced finance consultant who can help us understand how cash flow is managed in practice, especially using Tally. This is not a technical or AI project discussion — we want a real finance expert who can explain how cash flow tracking, reporting, and planning are done in day-to-day company operations. We’d like to learn from you through a short 30–60 minute consultation call: How companies use Tally to track cash inflows, outflows, and available balance. How CFOs or finance teams monitor cash flow on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Which Tally reports (Cash Flow, Funds Flow, Outstanding, etc.) are most useful for decisions. What kind of red flags or alerts CFOs look for (e.g., low cash balance, overdue collections, payment spikes). How CFOs or finance controllers plan payments and maintain liquidity.
