Role and Responsibilities: Being a Checkout Team Member requires you to contribute to the smooth operation of the store, from assisting customers to maintaining a well-organized sales floor. • Manage cash register activities to complete sales transactions. • Ensure the protection of all cash funds and safeguard all company assets from potential risks. • Provide exceptional support to customers. • Project a helpful and collaborative attitude when engaging with customers, peers, and superiors. • Help with merchandise receipt and truck unloading. • Adhere to and uphold safety standards by following all policies and procedures conscientiously. Required Skills and Experience: • Sound arithmetic proficiency is necessary for the proper handling of cash transactions in accounting procedures. • Enhancing verbal communication aptitude for productive customer interactions. • Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and honesty, especially in the context of managing financial transactions.
