Retail Route Driver

Role and Responsibilities • Distribute and stock Frito-Lay snacks at various retail locations, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount outlets • Drive a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along assigned routes and unload products efficiently and accurately • Cultivate positive relationships with retail personnel to increase sales and implement product displays and promotions • Monitor product rotation and maintain merchandising standards to ensure inventory remains fresh and visually appealing • Use handheld systems to manage orders, track stock, and log delivery activity • Complete a structured 4–6 week training program covering delivery procedures, sales strategies, and merchandising skills • Support different routes and adapt to store formats as needed to help meet operational goals Required Skills and Experience • Must be 21 years of age or older • Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and meet state-specific licensing requirements • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation • Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to work independently • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service • Proven success in building in-store relationships and promoting product growth Compensation and Benefits • Competitive hourly wage plus performance-based incentives • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) plan with company match • Tuition assistance and continuing education support • Access to employee discounts and other company perks About Frito-Lay As a globally recognized snack food brand and proud member of the PepsiCo family, Frito-Lay is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all team members can thrive.
