A Midwest based securities law firm seeks an additional securities attorney with substantial securities law experience to assist its clients on various transactions. Lawyers must have over 7 years of experience drafting private placement memos and ideally strong corporate law experience and some S1 public offering experience.
Hours will vary but will likely between 10 and 20 hours per week. Also, an ongoing of counsel relationship is sought. The hourly rate is $185/ hour and the attorney can work from their own location. Income is expected to be between $80-$150K, for working part time.
