Creator Success Manager /SubSub/

Hello! We're seeking a Creator Success Manager to join the SubSub team. SubSub is a revenue booster for video content creators. We create digital products, provide expert services, and offer opportunities through our YouTube network to help monetize content in every possible way. SubSub is an official, certified YouTube partner. Our portfolio includes hundreds of creators and media companies worldwide, and we're just getting started! Our Products: • SubWallet — a digital wallet for creators. • SubBox — a YouTube market analytics system and content performance tracker. • SubBro — a system for collecting donations and subscriptions from your audience. Your responsibilities will include: • Creator Support: Assisting in the management and optimization of YouTube accounts to ensure their growth and success. • Communication: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs and goals. • Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring channel performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement. • Education and Training: Offering consultations and training to creators on best practices for managing YouTube channels. We expect you to have: • Social Media Experience: Practical experience in managing accounts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • English B2+: Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients and team members. • Willingness to Learn: Readiness to acquire new skills and develop in the field of YouTube channel management. • Creativity: Ability to generate new ideas and find unconventional solutions. • Communication Skills: Proficiency in effectively interacting with diverse individuals and working within a team. • Data Analysis: Basic skills in analyzing statistics and utilizing analytical tools • Experience in YouTube channel development and knowledge of Influence Marketing would be a plus.
