YouTube Editor (History & Mystery Niche) – Long-Term Collaboration

Description: We are building a fast-growing faceless YouTube channel in the history / mystery / rabbit hole niche and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor to join our team. Our videos are story-driven and mysterious, similar to Secret Origins Channel. We want someone who can bring scripts and voiceovers to life with engaging visuals, smooth pacing, and modern editing techniques that keep viewers hooked. Responsibilities Edit 5–10 minute YouTube videos (voiceover + visuals + background music). Add stock footage, images, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling. Maintain a mysterious, intelligent, and engaging editing style (think “rabbit hole” vibes). Work from provided scripts + voiceovers and turn them into polished, publish-ready videos. Collaborate on thumbnails and hooks for maximum viewer retention. Deliver on a consistent weekly schedule. Requirements Proven experience editing YouTube-style videos (portfolio required). Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Ability to source and use royalty-free stock footage, music, and sound effects. Bonus if you have experience with motion graphics, AI tools, or creating YouTube thumbnails.
