Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II - Mortgage Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to lenders, banking/mortgage institutions, and consumers, answering questions and providing important information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages. This is a full-time opportunity with a shift of 10am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. The salary for this position is competitive, and you will be eligible for paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
