Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Princeton, NJ team. This role is a blend of remote and on‑site work, providing telephone assistance to Medicaid members and health‑care providers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries about eligibility, benefits, provider changes, and ID card requests. Key Responsibilities
Member & Provider Interaction
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers with a courteous, solution‑focused attitude.
- Provide accurate information on Medicaid benefits, eligibility criteria, prior authorizations, and supplemental programs.
- Assist providers with credential updates, enrollment verification, and issuance of ID cards.

Technical & Operational Duties
- Maintain a high‑speed, wired internet connection; Wi‑Fi connections are not permitted for security reasons.
- Utilize equipment supplied by careerzynith, including a dedicated headset and secure workstation.
- Participate in a six‑week onboarding program that covers careerzynith policies, Medicaid regulations, and call‑handling best practices.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and quality scores.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Quality Assurance, Training, and Compliance—to identify process enhancements.
- Share insights from member interactions to help refine careerzynith’s service offerings and digital tools.
- Engage in regular coaching sessions and peer‑learning forums to sharpen communication and problem‑solving skills.
Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
