We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic data engineering transformation initiative in insurance space. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving delivery excellence across phases. 12 15 years of program or project management experience in IT services or consulting. Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of cloud adoption programs and data migration initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Insurance industry is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership Lead the end-to-end execution of a multi-phase transformation program Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and quality expectations. Manage delivery across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability. 2. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, technical SMEs, and third-party vendors. Facilitate governance forums including weekly and monthly reviews, risk assessments, and milestone sign-offs. Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and internal delivery teams. 3. Delivery Oversight Oversee planning, execution, and transition activities across infrastructure setup, automation, and operational readiness. Ensure timely handover and support readiness for production environments. Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the engagement lifecycle. 4. Risk & Change Management Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery. Manage scope changes through structured change control processes. Ensure dependencies and assumptions are tracked and addressed in collaboration with client teams. 5. Financial & Commercial Management Monitor project budgets, milestone-based billing, and resource utilization. Ensure adherence to fixed-price delivery models and payment schedules. Support commercial discussions and change order negotiations as needed.
