Heartbeet Lifesharing is a licensed non-profit therapeutic community residence located in Hardwick, Vermont. They are seeking a Development Assistant to support the Executive Director and the Development Office by managing social media, updating the website, and attending fundraising events.
Responsibilities
- Managing social media posts and responding to all social media messages and inquiries
- Updating the Heartbeet website with new content, pictures, and videos
- Maintaining the Google Drive photo folders
- Supporting the design of the bi-annual Heartbeet Newsletter
- Designing other promotional materials for the organization
- Attending fundraising events with the Executive Director
- Joining other internal and external Heartbeet events to take photos and videos
- Creating and managing annual calendar of events for the Heartbeet Community Center
- Other duties as needed
Skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must pass required Background Checks for position
- Previous experience with Canva graphic design tool a plus
- Non-profit experience often preferred
