Digital Learning Designer

Job Brief Use your creativity to build innovative learning experiences while utilizing Instructional Design principles! Sunflower, a generation and transmission cooperative serving Kansans, is adding to our Training and Talent Development team! We’re looking for a Digital Learning Designer to focus on designing and developing effective training modules using Instructional Design principles and adult learning theories, to support all departments. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on a variety of topics, create engaging learning activities, and manage our Learning Management System (LMS)! Top Qualifications: Bachelor degree in instructional design, training, education or a related field and six years’ experience in instructional design and development or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
